CES 2026 was a colossal event, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and sometimes perplexed. Surprisingly, it wasn’t the major product launches that caught my eye, but rather the instances that prompted me to pause and acknowledge something completely novel. The exhibition took place from January 6 to 9 in Las Vegas, Nevada, sprawling across 13 venues covering approximately 2.6 million square feet and showcasing over 3,500 exhibitors. It is anticipated that attendance will either meet or surpass last year’s figure of 142,465 participants. Unlike previous years where CES seemed like a showcase for the latest tech gadgets, this year stood out as it demonstrated the transition of artificial intelligence from software to hardware.
